Victor Shemper is a 15 year old artist whose passion for art sprouted at the age of 3. His mother, an art teacher, introduced him to classical painting and drawing. Over time, he began to introduce himself to new mediums and forms of art, and eventually came upon the art of designing and creating jewelry.
